In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Denver, Colorado, the life of 23-year-old Omar Noor was tragically cut short. On September 15, 2019, Noor was shot and killed in the East Colfax neighborhood, a vibrant and often tumultuous area of the city. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. near the intersection of East Colfax Avenue and North Valentia Street, a location that would become the focal point of a homicide investigation.
