In the early morning hours of November 28, 2020, a shooting at a residence in the 11000 block of Hanging Valley Way in Colorado Springs resulted in the deaths of two young men. The victims were identified as 22-year-old Francis J. McKinnis, III, a male resident of Colorado Springs, and 18-year-old Wolfgang Massie. Officers from the Colorado Springs Police Department responded to a call at approximately 1:27 a.m. and discovered the two deceased individuals inside the home.
