In the summer of 2021, a domestic dispute in Aurora, Colorado, escalated into a tragic and fatal encounter. On the afternoon of Friday, July 30th, 40-year-old Sarah Terry Smith, a female, was shot and killed by her ex-husband, 49-year-old Robert Terry. The violent episode unfolded in front of the couple's six-year-old son.
