On January 29, 2022, a tragic incident occurred in Denver, Colorado, resulting in the deaths of two young men, Kanajai Burton, 19, and Elijah Kelly, 23. The shooting took place near the intersection of East Colfax and North Ogden Street. Kanajai Burton was transported to Denver Health, where he was later pronounced deceased, while Elijah Kelly was pronounced deceased at the scene.
