The following morning, a grim discovery was made near the intersection of 49th and
Green Court. Samuel Grady had been shot and killed. The investigation into his death quickly gained momentum when officers found a man, later identified as Chad Baluska, passed out in Grady's stolen truck. This crucial lead unraveled a sinister plot that involved not just one, but three individuals.
Further investigation led to the arrests of two other men: Derek Webb and, in a shocking turn of events, Samuel Grady's own nephew, Eric Fuhs. The trio was subsequently charged with first-degree murder, felony murder, burglary, and aggravated robbery.
