In the quiet neighborhood of Security-Widefield in Colorado Springs, a grim discovery was made on February 13, 2013. Miguel 'Mike' Barajas, a 47-year-old man, was found dead in his home on Judson Street. His stepdaughter, Dawn Richburg, placed a frantic 911 call, reporting that she had returned to a burglarized home to find her stepfather fatally shot in his bedroom.
