In the early morning hours of October 30, 2022, a tragic event unfolded in a home on Geneva Street in Aurora, Colorado, ending the life of 20-year-old Kenneth Eugene Green Luque, a male of Honduran descent. He was one of four people killed in a violent shooting that stemmed from a domestic dispute. The incident was set in motion when Joseph Castorena, the ex-boyfriend of a woman who was related to the victims, broke into the residence.
