On a Christmas morning in Thornton, Colorado, the life of 44-year-old Melissa Susanna Martinez was tragically cut short in a violent sequence of events that concluded a history of turmoil. The female victim died on December 25, 2022, at the hands of her 46-year-old husband, Enoch Noah Apodaca, in what authorities have identified as a murder-suicide.
