On November 2, 2014, a tragic incident occurred in Alamogordo, New Mexico, resulting in the deaths of two young men, Jonathan Garnand and Devone Blake, both 19 years old. The events unfolded when Alamogordo Police Department officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Hendrix Avenue in response to a report of a suspicious vehicle.
