On a Tuesday afternoon in Albuquerque, New Mexico, four-year-old Hispanic female, Iliana Rose Lilly Garcia, had just finished her second day of preschool. It was October 20, 2015, and her father, Alan Garcia, had picked her up along with her seven-year-old brother. As they traveled along Interstate 40, a dispute over a lane change with another driver quickly escalated into a tragedy that would shake the community.
