In the early morning hours of March 29, 2018, the life of 55-year-old Shirley Olguin was tragically cut short in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was discovered fatally shot outside the Palisades RV Park located on Central Avenue near 98th Street. The incident was one of several homicides that occurred in the city within a short period, contributing to a concerning spike in violent crime that year.
