A young man's life was cut short in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, leaving a void in the lives of his family and friends. Donald Franklin Miller-Rankin, an 18-year-old male, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020. Born in Albuquerque on May 18, 2002, he was a graduate of Rio Rancho High School and was continuing his education at Central New Mexico Community College.
