Joseph Famiglietta was a 63‑year‑old White male of Italian descent who was tragically killed on November 29, 1988, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At the time, he was known as the proprietor of a local family business—on that day, he was operating a Bagel Lovers shop located in a small shopping center. Joseph and his 37-year-old daughter, Jeanne Wilt, were inside the store when assailant Nathan Trupp entered and opened fire.
