In the early morning hours of February 11, 2021, the life of 24-year-old Elias Otero was tragically cut short in front of his Albuquerque, New Mexico home. The fatal events began with a social media encounter when Otero's younger brother arranged to meet a woman he had connected with online. This meeting, however, was a setup, allegedly orchestrated by 18-year-old Anna Bella Dukes to lure the brother into a robbery.
