In the afternoon of September 23, 2014, a tragic event unfolded in Phoenix, Arizona, that would take the life of 19-year-old Pedro Antunez-Andrade. At approximately 1:40 p.m., Phoenix police officers were dispatched to the vicinity of 9800 North 9th Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a young man, Antunez-Andrade, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
