On a cold February day in 1993, the life of 42-year-old White/Caucasian male, Thomas Rose, a Boston Police Officer, was tragically cut short. The events that unfolded on February 19th inside the booking area of the District A-1 station in downtown Boston were swift and violent, leaving a family and a community in mourning.
