In the early hours of September 30, 2015, a 30-year-old white male named Jeffrey Randall was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside an apartment building in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. A resident of Barnstable, Massachusetts, he was pronounced dead at the scene around 4:05 a.m. at 493 Huntington Avenue. Police believed from the outset that Randall had been specifically targeted.
Jeffrey Scott Randall was born in Boston and raised in Hyannis, where he was a lifelong resident.
