On a summer morning in 2006, the life of 34-year-old Gardy Joseph was tragically cut short. Around 11:29 AM on Wednesday, July 19th, police officers from District 3 responded to a report of a person shot at 14 Woolson Street in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood. Upon their arrival, they discovered Joseph suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Emergency services transported Gardy Joseph to Brigham and Women's Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he succumbed to them later ...
