On May 29, 2011, 22-year-old Marck Edmond was fatally shot in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The incident took place near Itasca and Messinger Streets, and Edmond was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts by first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His death occurred during a violent period in the city, as Boston experienced several shootings around the same time.
