On a late November day in 1993, the life of a young Black / African American man named Carlos Angelo was tragically cut short. On November 26 of that year, Boston Police were called to Johnston Road in the Mattapan neighborhood to investigate a shooting. There they found 20-year-old Carlos Angelo, who had been shot and was pronounced deceased.
