In the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, on the night of October 21, 1995, the life of 23-year-old Bernard Wheeler was tragically cut short. Police responded to a call of a person shot at 77 Homestead Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Wheeler, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene, and his death was subsequently ruled a homicide.
