On a summer evening in June of 1999, the life of 18-year-old Khari Rattigan, a male teenager from Milton, was cut short by gunfire on a street in Boston. The shooting occurred on June 23rd at 40 Langdon Street in the city's Roxbury neighborhood. When police responded to reports of a person shot, they found Rattigan, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
