On September 16, 2015, a tragic incident unfolded in the Mission Hill area of Boston, Massachusetts, resulting in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Luis Bodden-Maximo. The events began when Bodden-Maximo and his girlfriend visited TGI Friday’s on Tremont Street in Roxbury for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant, Bodden-Maximo made eye contact with Javier Smith, which prompted him to immediately exit the establishment.
