On a summer night in Boston, the life of 31-year-old Luis Martin Pinalez-Perez, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. In the late hours of July 4, 2018, violence erupted that left Pinalez-Perez with fatal injuries. He was discovered suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to Boston Medical Center.
