Do you know who killed Oscar Santos-Chaves? In the early morning hours of April 12, 2014, the life of 36-year-old Hispanic male Oscar Santos-Chaves was tragically cut short in East Boston. At approximately 6:59 a.m., Boston Police responded to a call about a "man down" near 282 Border Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Santos-Chaves suffering from stab wounds. He was pronounced deceased, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner later determined his death to be a homicide.
