On a Tuesday morning, the Dorchester community was shaken by the loss of one of its own. Eighteen-year-old Joshua Morales, a Hispanic male, was fatally wounded in a drive-by shooting on Wilmore Street in Mattapan on December 29, 2015. The incident, which unfolded around 8:45 a.m., also left his 19-year-old friend injured.
