On a late Saturday night in June of 2016, the life of 31-year-old Hispanic female Carmen Rosario was tragically cut short in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Around 11:30 p.m. on June 25th, police responded to a report of a gunshot victim in front of an apartment building at 4 Barrett Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rosario and immediately began administering life-saving measures before she was transported to Baystate Medical Center.
