On a Saturday afternoon, March 31, 2018, Keith Pomare, a 38-year-old Black / African American male from Mattapan, was fatally shot in Boston, Massachusetts. The incident occurred at approximately 3:56 p.m. on Evans Street in the Dorchester neighborhood. Emergency responders found him inside an SUV and pronounced him dead at the scene. His death was the city's 12th homicide of the year.
