On the evening of May 4, 2018, 58-year-old Black/African American male Clayborn Blair was fatally shot in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. in a park at the Mildred C. Hailey apartment complex on Centre Street.
