On the evening of October 9, 2018, Nicky J Gomes, a 26-year-old male, was fatally shot in Weymouth, Massachusetts. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. near an entrance to the Weymouth Commons apartment complex on Rockway Avenue, a place he was believed to be staying at the time. Formerly a resident of Brockton, Gomes was found with gunshot wounds and rushed to South Shore Hospital for emergency medical treatment, but he did not survive his injuries.
