On October 19, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in New Bedford, Massachusetts, resulting in the death of 17-year-old Paul Collazo-Ruiz. Paul was walking with a friend near Tallman Street when shots rang out around 7 p.m., leading to his fatal shooting.
