In the early morning hours of December 3, 2019, the life of 21-year-old Fabio Vega-Nunes of Brockton, Massachusetts, was tragically cut short. A Black male, Vega-Nunes was discovered inside a vehicle on Sprague Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
