On November 27, 2020, a tragic incident occurred in New Bedford, Massachusetts, resulting in the death of 40-year-old Angel Cruz. Cruz, described by his family as a 'good grandfather, good husband,' was shot while working on cars on Lafrance Court. The shooting also injured another man who was present at the scene.
