Kirk Reeves, a 55-year-old Black/African American male, was a familiar and beloved figure to many in Portland, Oregon. Often seen at the west end of the Hawthorne Bridge, he was known for his street performances, playing the trumpet while clad in a white tuxedo and Mickey Mouse ears.
