In the early morning hours of July 5, 2014, a tragic and violent incident cut short the life of 26-year-old Hahrahcio Roy Branch, a Black male, in Portland, Oregon. The events unfolded in the parking lot of Soobie's Bar & Grill, a strip club in Southeast Portland.
