On June 18, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in a parking lot in Salem, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of two men, one of whom was 50-year-old Carlos Zepeda-Ponce. The incident took place in a strip mall parking lot, where the victims were found shot and killed.
