On October 20, 2017, Creed V. Brattain IV, a 26-year-old man from Hubbard, Oregon, tragically lost his life in an accidental shooting incident that occurred in Sherwood, Oregon. The incident took place while Brattain was engaged in duck hunting, a common recreational activity in the area.
