In the suburban community of Oak Grove, just outside of Portland, Oregon, the life of Terry Richard McKee, a 39-year-old male, was cut short on the evening of November 11, 2017. The Gresham-area resident was fatally shot in an incident that unfolded near Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and Southeast Concord Road. Emergency services were alerted to a disturbance that had escalated to gunfire, and upon arrival, law enforcement officials found McKee deceased at the scene.
