In the quiet coastal town of Warrenton, Oregon, the life of a promising young man, Devin James Kuhn, a 24-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short on January 31, 2018. An accomplished U.S. Army Ranger, Specialist Kuhn was at Camp Rilea for training exercises when the fatal incident occurred. His death was the result of a shooting accident, a sudden and devastating event that reverberated from the small Oregon community to his hometown in Northeast Philadelphia.
