On a Friday morning in Eugene, Oregon, 69-year-old Frank Ledgett, a White male, was found deceased in a parking lot. It was October 5, 2018, and the circumstances of his death were immediately suspicious. Ledgett, a resident of nearby Springfield, had been working as a private security guard at the commercial property where his body was discovered. The cause of his death was determined to be a shooting.
