Fernando Allen Giffen-Vallejo, a 19-year-old from Cottage Grove, Oregon, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2023, in Eugene, Oregon. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Eugene Police responded to a report of a dispute with a shot fired at the intersection of E. 13th Avenue and Patterson Street.
