On a Saturday evening in the rural outskirts of Gervais, Oregon, the body of a young man was discovered lying on the side of the road. On October 3, 2020, Marion County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of an unconscious person in the vicinity of Matheny Road NE and Wheatland Road NE.
