In the small town of Fort Gay, West Virginia, a dedicated patrolman, John Raymond Tucker, a 32-year-old Caucasian male, met an untimely and violent end on the night of April 20, 1985. Tucker, a respected officer with the Fort Gay Police Department, was on duty, sitting in his patrol car running radar when his life was abruptly cut short.
