In the winter of 1986, a young, White/Caucasian woman named Ruth Jean Lynch, known to her loved ones as "Ruthie," was living in St. Albans, West Virginia. At 22 years old, she was a homemaker and a devoted mother. Her life, however, was tragically cut short on December 10th of that year.
