In a tragic turn of events on December 16, 2014, 20-year-old Caucasian female Kayla Neel of Bluewell, West Virginia, succumbed to injuries sustained in a shooting that occurred twelve days earlier. On December 4, 2014, Neel and a friend, 23-year-old Dakota Walls, were sitting in a truck in Mercer County when they were ambushed.
