On July 8, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Martinsburg, West Virginia, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including Cierra Hammons, a 29-year-old resident of Inwood, West Virginia. Cierra Hammons was born in 1990 in Winchester, Virginia, and her life was cut short in a double-murder suicide.
