On June 13, 2016, Jack Albert Douglas, a 49-year-old resident of Great Cacapon, West Virginia, lost his life in a tragic incident involving gun violence. Douglas, born on October 27, 1966, in Washington, D.C., was one of three men shot and killed by Erick Shute in a subdivision west of Great Cacapon.
