On April 8, 2019, 41-year-old Angela Bittinger of Fairmont, West Virginia, was fatally shot in a residence located in Boothsville, Taylor County. Authorities responded to a 911 call from a third individual present at the scene, who was unharmed and is not considered a suspect. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered two victims: 58-year-old Kenneth Cottrell, who was pronounced dead at the scene, and Bittinger, who was airlifted to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, where she later succumbed ...Read More
