Justin KaShaun Hughes, a 27-year-old Black male, found his life cut tragically short on the evening of April 10, 2019, in Fairmont, West Virginia. An altercation that began inside the Jackson Street residence of a man named Terrance Hilliard ultimately spilled out into the street and escalated into fatal violence.
