In the quiet community of Fairmont, West Virginia, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a sudden act of violence. Zack Tyler Howser, a 21-year-old White male, was fatally shot on the evening of September 15, 2020. The incident unfolded on Watson Avenue, where Howser was discovered wounded inside a vehicle. He was rushed to J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, but succumbed to his injuries the following day, on September 16, 2020.
